Last week, when I was in town for the Grower’s Market, I decided to take a peek inside the little specialty baby shop… I hardly ever go in there, since the prices are just so high, but I thought I might just be able to “look.” Well, I found the most precious little hat!!! I know I probably have plenty of baby hats, stored with my older girls hand-me-downs, but it was the only one they had and I just had to have it for our little Christmas Rose. Ooooohhhh! I can’t wait to try it on her little head… Less than 15 weeks to go!
Prayer of Mothers
Father in heaven, grant me the grace to appreciate the dignity which you have conferred on me. Let me realize that not even the Angels have been blessed with such a privilege—to share in your creative miracle and bring new Saints to heaven. Make me a good mother to all my children after the example of Mary, the Mother of your Son. Through the intercession of Jesus and Mary I ask your continued blessings on my family. This little hat had not a chance in that shop if it was covered with red roses………I think not Jessica! lol……it's adorable as can be and how sweet & prescious it will look on this little one that is preparing her entry into life here on earth! Blessings!

It's nice to splurge on soemthing small everyone once in a while. It's precious. You should take one of those artsy B&W pictures of her curled up in that hat with a rose or something like that. I just saw this lady on the today show, her pictures were amazing.

She said just make your room really warm and have the baby fall asleep with a full belly and just position them how you like with props and snap away.

I was just reading the section from the book you recommended "It's so you!" and this little hat made me smile. It is so feminine (my favorite style of all!). I think your baby is going to be like the fragrance of heaven in it!!
