Prayer of Mothers
Father in heaven, grant me the grace to appreciate the dignity which you have conferred on me. Let me realize that not even the Angels have been blessed with such a privilege—to share in your creative miracle and bring new Saints to heaven. Make me a good mother to all my children after the example of Mary, the Mother of your Son. Through the intercession of Jesus and Mary I ask your continued blessings on my family. Let us all be dedicated to your service on earth and attain the eternal happiness of your kingdom in heaven. Amen.

A Little About Me
Hi! I'm Jessica, a Roman Catholic wife and home educating mother to our nine children. I was home educated myself, along with my eleven younger siblings. I have a special devotion to St. Therese, through whom I have been given much help and many blessings--the beautiful "Shower of Roses" that she has sent my way! Here I will record a few of the blessings I treasure. Please remember that what you see here is just a little glimpse at our lives, so please say a prayer for us, as we continue to strive for holiness.

Jessica–How priceless is this set of pictures! I bet you felt just like he did at the end of the day! What a sweet memory to savor of your Snuggles. And, it's impossible that he's three. You must have miscalculated 😉

Is he really asleep? I love it! That is one to be framed.
OH SO CUTE!
These three year old parties sure are exhausting for the three year olds! How adorable! Great Pics Jessica!
The pictures are darling and what great news about Catholic Cuisine, we are making the celery locust and honey treats later today (even my teens are eager to try them)!
Colleen ~ I agree. . . Where has the time gone?!
Patty ~ Yes, he is really asleep. He was too excited all day to take a nap and so by the time his dad was home from work and we ate dinner/cake he was pretty tired. I loved how he fell asleep with his candy bar half eaten and still in his hand. 🙂
So sweet Jessica! This party idea is great. Where did you get the adorable hats?
Thanks for sharing!
God Bless,
Robyn
What a party! The last photo is particulary precious!
God bless!
Robyn ~ We purchased the Felt Hats on sale (50% off) at Michaels for a $1.99 each. I thought that they were SO cute and my children loved them!
The cake was so good he passed out in sheer bliss?
So cute!
So cute. He is getting so big. I need to join the wordless Wednesday bandwagon. Maybe next week I'll get my act together. I still ahve beach pictures to post. Maybe by then.
LOL. You all pooped out that the birthday boy!
I love the last shot! Too cute! I love the hats, especially the monkey.
I love that picture of him sleeping at the end!! How funny! My mother-in-law keeps pulling out a picture of Jeremy sleeping, fork in hand, over a plate of mac & cheese. It's one of my favorites. What a fun idea for a birthday! Looks like the kids had fun! 🙂
