That's a pretty awesome dress-up chasuble. Did you make it, or did you buy it somewhere?

Snuggles is so full of love that a person can't help but want to join his prayer. My heart is joyfully singing praise to God for your son and all you do to nurture him:o) You are such a good mommy. If you feel that it would affirm Snuggle's life of prayer please ask him to pray for us to live a truly loving life pleasing to God so we can get to heaven someday and praise God forever with the angels and saints.

Thank you all for your kind comments! We've so enjoyed reading them all!!

Last Sunday, when driving home from Mass, we heard Snuggles in the back of the car saying "This is my Body which was given up for yooouuuu."

It was so so precious! His older brothers asked him if HE wanted to play Mass when we got home and they pulled out there old vestments, which are too small on them now, as well as their "Mass Kits."

It was such a joy to watch. I had to put down my camera and just enjoy the moments, though there are many more little "pictures" that I will treasure forever.

For those of you that asked, the Mass Kit and Vestments were all from Our Father's House. (It looks like the vestments are out of stock and the price has gone up on the Mass kit.) Hubby & I had purchased one Mass Kit and one set of vestments for the boys for Christmas one year, and we were given ANOTHER SET from friends. They are WONDERFUL! And I highly recommend ALL of it! 🙂 I am pretty sure that vestment patterns are also available.

Prayer of Mothers

Father in heaven, grant me the grace to appreciate the dignity which you have conferred on me. Let me realize that not even the Angels have been blessed with such a privilege—to share in your creative miracle and bring new Saints to heaven. Make me a good mother to all my children after the example of Mary, the Mother of your Son. Through the intercession of Jesus and Mary I ask your continued blessings on my family. Let us all be dedicated to your service on earth and attain the eternal happiness of your kingdom in heaven. Amen.

A Little About Me

Hi! I'm Jessica, a Roman Catholic wife and home educating mother to our nine children. I was home educated myself, along with my eleven younger siblings. I have a special devotion to St. Therese, through whom I have been given much help and many blessings--the beautiful "Shower of Roses" that she has sent my way! Here I will record a few of the blessings I treasure. Please remember that what you see here is just a little glimpse at our lives, so please say a prayer for us, as we continue to strive for holiness.
