(Still, what a BUMMER!)
I guess I didn’t really need those groceries after all…
or that White Chocolate Mocha from the coffee drive-thru while I was in town.

Father in heaven, grant me the grace to appreciate the dignity which you have conferred on me. Let me realize that not even the Angels have been blessed with such a privilege—to share in your creative miracle and bring new Saints to heaven. Make me a good mother to all my children after the example of Mary, the Mother of your Son. Through the intercession of Jesus and Mary I ask your continued blessings on my family. Let us all be dedicated to your service on earth and attain the eternal happiness of your kingdom in heaven. Amen.
Hi! I'm Jessica, a Roman Catholic wife and home educating mother to our nine children. I was home educated myself, along with my eleven younger siblings. I have a special devotion to St. Therese, through whom I have been given much help and many blessings--the beautiful "Shower of Roses" that she has sent my way! Here I will record a few of the blessings I treasure. Please remember that what you see here is just a little glimpse at our lives, so please say a prayer for us, as we continue to strive for holiness.

I can't believe they're all sick! Thank God for nursing antibodies! Sounds like a bummer of a week, hopefully next week will be better. The white chocolate mochas are my favorite too 🙂
Oh no! That happened to me once with a basket full of groceries. We had totally gone through the check out and I opened my wallet and no debit card! IT was so embarrassing!!
And so glad little Rose isn't sick. You guys had a bad one sounds like. Sending prayerful get well wishes!
Hope you all are feeling much better soon. No fun to have a house full of sickies.
Wow! That was a steep ticket! I've never heard of one that expensive for just failing to stop completely.
Sorry for your rough week. Next week will be better!!
Did they let you leave your groceries in the walk-in refrigerated area in the back so you could go back for your wallet?
Gotta love those amazing antibodies! We all had the flu two weeks after my second was born… except for her, of course! Neither of mine have ever had a bad illness while they've been nursing.
Even if it was a rough week, the birthday party looked like a big success – how fun!!
