Wordless Wednesday ~ Our Little Rose

by | Feb 4, 2010 | Baby "Rose", Wordless Wednesday | 12 comments

*Because it has been one of those days, and she always makes me smile… Hopefully things will calm down and I’ll be back soon.   Oh, and to those that asked how I get it all done, I don’t!

After seeing these pictures, Lily just informed mw with a sigh, that she hopes we have a girl too. 🙂

She looks like Twinkle Toes! She’s so cute. Who cares if we get it all done? I just look at my girls and smile most days. There are always other days to finish the work. Oh and kids grow fast don't they. It feels just like the other day I was coming home with baby Madelyn. Now she’s 1 and we are expecting again.
Blessings to you and have a great day Jessica.

Holy cow, do moms know their babies or what?! You've been saying how she looked like TT, and at birth I thought she looked JUST like Chiquita. Now, she's TT all the way!

    She is beautiful!

Even if it feels like you don't get everything done, it sure seems like you are accepting the grace to get the most important things done–like living out your baptism (and the promise you made to your children in each of theirs)!!!! Go you!!! I like that kind of example!

Also, Rose, in her photos has the essance of an angel– bringing a message of love, peace, goodness, and holiness! Oh, praise God!

Too cute! Even if you don't get it all done, you get way more done than I do and I still admire you. Hang in there, you're in our prayers.

I do catch myself asking (myself) "How does Jessica do it all?" several times a day! And I only have 5!

She's beautiful, just beautiful, love those cheekies, kissable cheeks!

Prayer of Mothers

Father in heaven, grant me the grace to appreciate the dignity which you have conferred on me. Let me realize that not even the Angels have been blessed with such a privilege—to share in your creative miracle and bring new Saints to heaven. Make me a good mother to all my children after the example of Mary, the Mother of your Son. Through the intercession of Jesus and Mary I ask your continued blessings on my family. Let us all be dedicated to your service on earth and attain the eternal happiness of your kingdom in heaven. Amen.

A Little About Me

Hi! I'm Jessica, a Roman Catholic wife and home educating mother to our nine children. I was home educated myself, along with my eleven younger siblings. I have a special devotion to St. Therese, through whom I have been given much help and many blessings--the beautiful "Shower of Roses" that she has sent my way! Here I will record a few of the blessings I treasure. Please remember that what you see here is just a little glimpse at our lives, so please say a prayer for us, as we continue to strive for holiness.
