In nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritus Sancti…

I just walked by my girls’ closed bedroom door and my heart melted as I heard them independently start praying another (much needed) rosary for our country.   Love them!

So beautiful. Only prayer is going to help our country. Be still and know that I am God. I have to keep reminding myself of these words. God Bless America. Maureen

I am in shock by the results, but I still believe that we are in God's hands. In the end, we have our faith, and we will need it. we must continue to pray and believe, and hope these 4 years go quickly. However, I fear our country will never recover from them, we are rich in heaven no matter what happens.

Your girls are beautiful, inside and out. May we all follow their lead.

Sweet innocent hearts. I'm heartsick over the results, but I know God is in control and He has a plan, even if I can't see it.

So sweet!!! Yes, we are heartbroken too with the election results. We must keep up the good fight and keep doing our part in our corner of the world.

Prayer of Mothers

Father in heaven, grant me the grace to appreciate the dignity which you have conferred on me. Let me realize that not even the Angels have been blessed with such a privilege—to share in your creative miracle and bring new Saints to heaven. Make me a good mother to all my children after the example of Mary, the Mother of your Son. Through the intercession of Jesus and Mary I ask your continued blessings on my family. Let us all be dedicated to your service on earth and attain the eternal happiness of your kingdom in heaven. Amen.

A Little About Me

Hi! I'm Jessica, a Roman Catholic wife and home educating mother to our nine children. I was home educated myself, along with my eleven younger siblings. I have a special devotion to St. Therese, through whom I have been given much help and many blessings--the beautiful "Shower of Roses" that she has sent my way! Here I will record a few of the blessings I treasure. Please remember that what you see here is just a little glimpse at our lives, so please say a prayer for us, as we continue to strive for holiness.
