~ Capturing the context of contentment in everyday life. ~
I haven’t had time to start sorting through the pictures from our All Hallows’ Eve Party last night, or from our trip to the Pumpkin Patch this past Sunday, but here are a few pictures that I snapped in Instagram.
{pretty}
These photos were all taken inside a beautiful (and extremely confusing) 2 1/2 acre corn maze at the pumpkin patch last Saturday.
Right after I snapped this picture Chiquita and I got separated from everyone else…
Which way do we go… Which way do we go???
{funny}
Yep… Definitely lost!
{real}
After losing our group, nearly finding the exit (Chiquita said “this is where we came in!” so we turned around), and making our way though the maze again we finally made it BACK TO THE ENTRANCE!
At one point I could here my sister-in-law laugh and say “This is what they are still doing in there!” while apparently showing everyone her Instagram feed! lol
Prayer of Mothers
Father in heaven, grant me the grace to appreciate the dignity which you have conferred on me. Let me realize that not even the Angels have been blessed with such a privilege—to share in your creative miracle and bring new Saints to heaven. Make me a good mother to all my children after the example of Mary, the Mother of your Son. Through the intercession of Jesus and Mary I ask your continued blessings on my family. Let us all be dedicated to your service on earth and attain the eternal happiness of your kingdom in heaven. Amen.
Wonderful pictures of you and your beautiful little girl! She'll treasure them someday. +JMJ+
That is a wonderful memory! If it's any consolation, I'm positive that I would never find my way out of that maze. Hubby would have to track my cell phone and rescue me, lol.
Funny! I have a love-hate relationship with corn mazes! And I'll admit that if I find the entrance, so be it—I'm outta there! (And, obviously you made it out and survived, lol!)
Your lipstick always looks great! 🙂
