Prayer of Mothers
Father in heaven, grant me the grace to appreciate the dignity which you have conferred on me. Let me realize that not even the Angels have been blessed with such a privilege—to share in your creative miracle and bring new Saints to heaven. Make me a good mother to all my children after the example of Mary, the Mother of your Son. Through the intercession of Jesus and Mary I ask your continued blessings on my family. Let us all be dedicated to your service on earth and attain the eternal happiness of your kingdom in heaven. Amen.

A Little About Me
Hi! I'm Jessica, a Roman Catholic wife and home educating mother to our nine children. I was home educated myself, along with my eleven younger siblings. I have a special devotion to St. Therese, through whom I have been given much help and many blessings--the beautiful "Shower of Roses" that she has sent my way! Here I will record a few of the blessings I treasure. Please remember that what you see here is just a little glimpse at our lives, so please say a prayer for us, as we continue to strive for holiness.

Fabulous! (even my grown up guy said 'ain't he great!') What a wonderful shot!
That is just too adorable!!!
Love it!! Great face 🙂
Is it THAT warm where you are???? WOW! This morning here in VT it was 14 below and we have about 2 feet of snow on the ground….
My daughter and your son would be "BFF's" – they both LOVE knights and dragons! St. George and St. Joan of Arc are her favorites! 🙂
Priceless!
Well, I wouldn't go straight to warm, but it is definitely not as cold as where you live! We have been having highs in the 40's and lows in the 30's. It is very rare for it to drop down to around 0 here. I only remember that happening a couple times. My parents had quite a bit of snow right before Christmas, but it didn't stick for long at our house (15 minutes away) since we are at a slightly lower elevation. My kids would love to have a couple feet of snow!
Last year we had maybe a couple of inches of snow ALL WINTER. It was NOT normal, to say the least… Today the temps are back to more normal – upper 20's/low 30's! Can actually get outside and not freeze! 🙂
