I love all of your suggestions! I was thinking about the medical challenges you have shared and can't help but wonder as you add things back in If high thiol versus low thiol foods could make a difference. I read a few nights ago that there can be a link between rashes and sulfur sensitivity. Thought I should share just in case it's helpful!

What beautiful books! "A Time To Keep" is a big favorite of ours— Im a huge Tasha Tudor fan, and all the little homespun holiday ideas in it are so sweet.
