It’s Wednesday, and time for me to report this weeks results. This past week, I only exercised twice, but I’ve been making healthier food choices and eating lots of lean protein, only whole grains (for the most part), lots of vegetables, some fruit, and staying away from sugar. I feel so much healthier, and as a result, I lost another 1 1/2 pounds. It has taken 8 weeks, but I have now lost 9 pounds and I am getting closer to being at a very healthy weight for me… I still would like to lose another 10-15 pounds, as well as build more muscle, but it is starting to seem like an achievable goal!
My Summary:
- Week Eight Weight Loss/Gain: -1.5 pounds
- Inches Loss/Gain: -1.75 inches
- Overall Results: -9 pounds and -8.75 inches

So… what are you measuring and how are you measuring?!?! I have been losing pounds on the scale… but want to see it in some inches, but don’t know where to start!!
I use the tape measure and guidelines back when I was on Herbalife. (That was right after I had Rascal — SEVEN years ago?? CRAZY!!) Anyway, I measure the following: Bust, Chest, Waist, Abs (I am sure they are there somewhere), Hips, Thigh, and Arm.
This week I lost 1″ around my chest (my bust stayed the same), 1/2″ around my waist, and 1/4″ in my Thigh. The rest stayed the same as last week. It seems to vary each week.
10-15 pounds, are you crazy? do you want to weight nothing??
