If your not busy enough already, and you happen to be looking for an extra project to do before Christmas… I just ran across this link for a Free Nativity Lap Book! I printed it out for my kids to make today.
Also, Meredith has a great post: The Nativity and the Child. It even includes directions to make a darling homemade Nativity using a tea box!
Father in heaven, grant me the grace to appreciate the dignity which you have conferred on me. Let me realize that not even the Angels have been blessed with such a privilege—to share in your creative miracle and bring new Saints to heaven. Make me a good mother to all my children after the example of Mary, the Mother of your Son. Through the intercession of Jesus and Mary I ask your continued blessings on my family. Hi! I'm Jessica, a Roman Catholic wife and home educating mother to our nine children. I was home educated myself, along with my eleven younger siblings. Oh, how cute is this! I may use it (or part of it) for daughter's liturgical year (feasts, saints and seasons) scrapbook this year as some supplemental material! Neat! It's so neat to see your kids so little and what they did all these years ago! 🙂 They grow up WAY too fast!
