The End of Season Players vs. Parents Hockey Game
I am not sure who enjoyed it more last Saturday, Hubby or the boys!
I wasn’t brave enough to play. I’ve never played before, and there was no way I was going to chance ending up on crutches (my ankle still hasn’t fully recovered from my last fall) with hubby leaving town the next morning for three weeks. Maybe next year!

Prayer of Mothers
Father in heaven, grant me the grace to appreciate the dignity which you have conferred on me. Let me realize that not even the Angels have been blessed with such a privilege—to share in your creative miracle and bring new Saints to heaven. Make me a good mother to all my children after the example of Mary, the Mother of your Son. Through the intercession of Jesus and Mary I ask your continued blessings on my family. Let us all be dedicated to your service on earth and attain the eternal happiness of your kingdom in heaven. Amen.
how fun…Jacob learned how to ice skate in CO just before we moved to LA…he wasn't a competitive gymnast yet…I know he would love to play, but pretty certain it wouldn't fit in our schedule…TRYING to do less when we move…
What wonderful daddy and son bonding! Your boys look thrilled to have their dad on the ice. He must be one of the cool dads!
