I’m working as quick as I can to finish up this year’s Christmas Gift Ideas and Giveaway (it’s going to be amazing!) and hope to have it up on the blog soon. In the meantime, here is a fun idea for cupcakes. We made these for our daughter’s soccer team’s dessert potluck following the award ceremony a couple weeks ago. I hope to make them again during the Christmas season!
Quick & Easy Hot Cocoa Cupcakes
Here’s what I used:
- Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Mix + Ingredients for Cupcakes
- Cupcake Liners
- Fluffy Frost Vanilla Marshmallow
- Wilton Decorating Tip
- Disposable Decorating Bag
- Mini Marshmallows sifted out of three packets of Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa Mix (I also used some cocoa mix sprinkled on top of the cupcakes too)
- Black and White Striped Paper Straws (cut into thirds and stuck into the top of each cupcake for decoration. )

Thank you for this opportunity! I was disappointed to learn the Dominican Nuns were not selling candles online this year; I've bought from them for years. I'd love to find some locally.
