Prayer of Mothers
Father in heaven, grant me the grace to appreciate the dignity which you have conferred on me. Let me realize that not even the Angels have been blessed with such a privilege—to share in your creative miracle and bring new Saints to heaven. Make me a good mother to all my children after the example of Mary, the Mother of your Son. Through the intercession of Jesus and Mary I ask your continued blessings on my family. Let us all be dedicated to your service on earth and attain the eternal happiness of your kingdom in heaven. Amen.

A Little About Me
Hi! I'm Jessica, a Roman Catholic wife and home educating mother to our nine children. I was home educated myself, along with my eleven younger siblings. I have a special devotion to St. Therese, through whom I have been given much help and many blessings--the beautiful "Shower of Roses" that she has sent my way! Here I will record a few of the blessings I treasure. Please remember that what you see here is just a little glimpse at our lives, so please say a prayer for us, as we continue to strive for holiness.

These are just darling. I love the idea of a cookie quilt and it is so fun to see St. George, the dragons, and the castles standing up!
Tell the children thank you from our children for all the efforts they put into helping you with such beautiful projects AND posting it on your website.
And thank you for all the sleep you loose! 🙂
Adorable! We have this book and love it, because the princess is Una, and that is my oldest daughter's name, and she was born on St. George…never saw the book until she was already 3!
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! St. George's feast is BIG in our home as well – I have a seven yr old daughter that LOVES dragons and St. George! (even the girls can love them) 🙂 We also have the book pictured – a favorite!
The Chesterton quote is really great! Thanks so much for posting that! I will write that one down!
Happy Feast of St. George!
As a quilter and a Catholic I just love this idea! Between this and Charlotte's Dragon Cupcakes we have some great ideas for next year.
Thank you all so very much for your kind comments! They are always greatly appreciated! 🙂
Love this! How creative and fun. Your quotes are just wonderful
Thanks you so much for sharing!
