Prayer of Mothers
Father in heaven, grant me the grace to appreciate the dignity which you have conferred on me. Let me realize that not even the Angels have been blessed with such a privilege—to share in your creative miracle and bring new Saints to heaven. Make me a good mother to all my children after the example of Mary, the Mother of your Son. Through the intercession of Jesus and Mary I ask your continued blessings on my family. Let us all be dedicated to your service on earth and attain the eternal happiness of your kingdom in heaven. Amen.

A Little About Me
Hi! I'm Jessica, a Roman Catholic wife and home educating mother to our nine children. I was home educated myself, along with my eleven younger siblings. I have a special devotion to St. Therese, through whom I have been given much help and many blessings--the beautiful "Shower of Roses" that she has sent my way! Here I will record a few of the blessings I treasure. Please remember that what you see here is just a little glimpse at our lives, so please say a prayer for us, as we continue to strive for holiness.

Hi, Jess!
Happy Mother's Day, yourself!! I can honestly say my brother chose a wonderful wife and mother for his kids.
Thanks for your blog post. I am so happy to have Elizabeth and Danielle's book – signed! Tom is such a sweetie and a thoughtful gift giver. But secretly I'm jealous that he met Elizabeth before I could! Oh, well, one of these days.
Have a beautiful Mother's Day!
I love you, too,
Melissa
Hi, Jessica, Happy Mother's Day! I was so excited to read your post. A dear friend of mine grew up with your husband and sister in-law in Nogales, AZ. She also went to school at Christendom and is a godparent to one of your sister-in-law's children. I have always heard wonderful things about Melissa and what an amazing Mom she is. I've always wanted to meet this incredible person, but only hear snippets through my friend. My friend follows my blog and saw that I follow yours. She recognized your husband in one of your posts and was so happy to see whom he had married and to read what a wonderful wife and mother you are! I'm so happy to "know" you & Melissa through my sweet friend and through your blog. Please say a prayer for my friend…she's not a mom, but is so close to my heart! God Bless your day & thanks for the beautiful post.:)
Just got my copy this morning for Mother's Day!! SO excited!
Happy Mother's Day!
I trust you had a blessed Happy Mother's Day, Jessica! There's lots of people who'd love to meet you if you ever travel those 3,ooo miles east! 🙂
